We provide a 30 day refund policy.
If you purchased the item longer than 30 days ago and would like a refund, please send us more information via email.
Simply drop us an email via the address on the Contact Us page. The following information helps us process the refund:
- The product you are returning
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Order Number
If you can also supply us with the reason, it can help us improve our products (optional).
Why we have this Refund Policy
At Seismic Restraints NZ Ltd we believe in the highest level of customer service. We believe all our products do their job and do it well.
However, we're realistic enough to know that our products may not fit every situation. That's why we have a strong refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our products, simply send them back within 30 days and we will provide a full refund (excl. postage and packaging).
This allows our customers to purchase with confidence.
